 In her story, Sherry Latimer said,

I began to understand that whatever calamity happens in our lives, God always knows what is best because He has infinite wisdom and perfect love. Only through Scripture could I gain the faith I needed to trust our sovereign God.

Through the help of my friends, family, prayer, and Bible study, God has lit my dark pit of despair and brought me to greater maturity in Him. My faith is deeper now, knowing that even when I felt like forsaking God, He kept His promises to me. He has replaced my sadness with joy. Yes, I, too, am learning to trust God, even when life hurts.

“Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning” (Psalm 30: 5 KJV).
