30: About Perserverance
“And let us not lose heart in doing good, for in due
time we shall reap if we do not grow weary” (Galations
6: 9 NASB).
Many times after we’ve felt God leading us into a
task beyond our natural ability, we have to deal with rejections.
While waiting, we may spend time in some kind of wilderness
or get delayed dealing with family stresses. But in the midst
of our humbling experiences, we come to recognize that all
our talents are from our Creator. When He calls us to a task,
He provides the supernatural strength and the wisdom to see
us through. He faithfully does His part. We just need to
do ours—and keep on persevering for His glory.
